请教：如何对付讨厌的同事

大家好！

我有一个很讨厌的同事，东欧人，很烦。他总是想知道我在做什么，因为我目前的工作有一定的技术性，在部门内没人知道怎么做。他三番五次说要看我的CODE，还要我教他，我没给他看。目前老板在休产假，3个礼拜就要回来了。他说他要跟老板说，然后让老板叫我分享我目前所做的东西给他。

大家说这种无赖应该怎么对付？
