希望大家给我一点找工作的意见. 先多谢了. 我本科读finance, 没有上班就直接读mba. 毕业一年了. 前几个月开始正式找工作, 一直都没有回信. 主要找的是financial analyst职位.我的问题是:
1. 都有什么样的职业道路适合我的学习背景, 我没有什么工作经验.
2. 要是我financial analyst, 我应该学些什么software可以增加我的机会呢?
-- With a MBA degree, you are smart and have good communication skills, this is very important.
-- You do not have to focus on Financial Analyst job, with a marketable skill, you can looking for any kind of Analyst jobs, this will make the job search much wider.
-- For a smart people with good communication skills, you have the foundation to let many companies like you, or like to hire you.
-- However, to convince them you are the right person to earn that paycheck, you have to have a hard skill.
-- You need show the hard skill on your resume;
-- You need know how to answer the questions about the hard skill when your phone ring after the resume send out...
-- You need know how to answer interview questions when they ask you go on-site and to give them SHOW and TELL for 30 min with each interviewer.
