他说他们干活不行,干了三个月就开掉了. 他跟我说那小美:"It did not work out. He struggled too much. That is why I tested you and let you did on-site project during interview.".

可以说我们都是百里挑一出来的. 我的这个位置,他们收了200份RESUME, 电话了Interview 了30人. On-site interview了10人.
