俺工作里遵循最重要的:.trust nobody, but data.

Data is Power, Data Assets, Data is Everything.
I always told my team and my upper level management:
You do not have to trust me, I do not trust myself, however, we all have to trust Data. If the Data shown this is the result, we better do not argue with it.
遵循这条原则, 咱在工作中才能站的稳...
