你站在现在的位置上，就要利用一切资源，得到最大的利益，可以是得到经验，也可以是得到新知识。当你觉得呆腻了的时候，就一弹，蹦！跳到别的位置上去，不要等着快Lay Off的时候，惶恐不安。

你大概看到别人被雷了，很不安。我家亲戚被雷的时候，我夹着尾巴好好干了几天活，现在又是大尾巴狼一样，到处吆喝了。我没有过这样的经验，我过去的老板一天到晚跟我说他被雷三次的经验，搞得我有点心神不定，蹦，跳槽了，上个月见到我过去的老板，他没夸我，但是觉得我混的还可以。
