数据证明gap不是个问题,interview skill and Tech skill r vry important

I have solid data shown that:
4 years gap, find job in Cisco;
8 years gap, no USA degree, no USA work experience, find job in Apple;
7 years gap, find job in Shipping company;
7 years gap, no USA degree, find job in Health Care Data Company;
No USA degree, NO USA work experience, find job in School District;
NO USA degree, no IT degree, find job in Processing Healthcare Data in Canada;
No IT degree, find job in Insurance Industry;

Recently I am doing heavy Oracle DBA job interviewing, we hired DBAs with gap.

The character of the winners are:
-- Good communication skill; known what to talk in the interview, know how to make the interviewer like to work with you;
-- Strong confident, Enough capability to show their technical strongth to the interviewer;
