如何填写美国联邦政府工作的Onlline Application？

我对这个系统深感头疼？上个月，我花了很多时间填写了一份申请，但电脑系统一直告诉我，我的申请地位属于 "Status not available" . 换句话说，我也不知道该系统收到了我的申请没有。this is super frustrating.

不知哪位专家能够提供一些诀窍。
