男人是越穷越酸，越酸越穷。气量不可能大。做人处事不会太好的。

I think one can extend this to boss. If a boss has a good life, he/she usually treats people nicely. If s/he struggles with their own life, as a repot, usually you will not have good results. It would be nice to find out future boss's bio before taking a job.
