求建议，是否该开始找下家？

上周刚升职，但这周公司又裁员了。 我该开始找下家吗？虽然现在形势下估计难度很大。 但真不知道自己能熬多久，忐忑不安中。 土木行业，公司已经第7轮裁员了。
