公司Review 时，怎样做自我评估比较好？好，中，差？
实际工作中非常能干，但不太会说。

-- Successfully joined Pres. Obabma's Dinner Party without get invitation;
-- Independently blocked Google's email ON TIME ON BUDGET, etc;
-- Even you are 不太会说 in normal hours, you have to lean how to 说之 from 胡哥胡说之 at here. to show all your achievements of this year;
-- If I were you, I will definitely give myself a Exceed Expection or Top level rate. Why not?
-- My manager may not agree my self review and self rank, but that is totally OK. My self rank is just how I judged myself, regardless how others think.

非常希望评估后能加些薪。
