同一公司两职位申请

11月面试某公司的A职位没有成功。Recruiter让继续关注他们的职位，最近看到他们招B职位，于是发信询问，得到如下回复：

Thank you for your email! Unfortunately, our opening has been filled. Please keep an eye on our website, as we may have more openings in the spring time. I’ll also keep you in mind if anything opens up.

大家觉得我在春季还有必要和他们follow up吗？
