实在不明白中国的公务员所谓高薪养廉的说法.

不知道谁想出来的馊主意. 还辩到,如果不高薪,公务员工作热情就降低了, 大量工作就没人做了. 真TMD的GP不通. 不愿意干找愿意干的去做, 还编出个这么个理由.现在国内都不讲为人民服务了,真堕落.
