寻找Oracle DBA job

老公刚刚考过oracle 10g DBA certification， 想改做oracle DBA. 他目前是在工程软件公司当developer support,已工作近8年，工资还不到6万（在东岸）。他动手能力和逻辑思维都很强，没有身份问题，但英语较差。很想请问各位，他如何才能转行成功？工资应要多少？上哪些地方去找？
