follow up after interview

一个月前面试了一个职位，今天发EMAIL给manager问是否有了decision,她回了我一句“Not quite yet. I do expect a decision soon.”什麽意思？她是hiring manager,就应该她做decision。 她在等第一侯选人回她？还是再等上边批？. 我用回她吗？
