难道真的是我要求太高?

准备转工业界工作，Background: CPA/2years+ Public accounting firm audit experiences/需要H1b transfer/out of job market 1 year.目前修MBA课程.
Target position: senior/staff accountant.
最近和一Recruiter谈了谈意向,对方问salary expectation是多少,我说55k-60k,她说要求太高,如果要sponsorship,应该考虑45k+的工作.

难道现在市场行情真的到了这个地步?还是我要求太高？
