exam score itself can be transferred over accoss the states. You may need to request a " Exam certificate" from the state that you sit/passed the exam and forward the certificate to the state you wanted to transfer to. Most states request the certificate should be mailed directly from the state board of accountancy.As the requirement varied by state, check with the state board of accountancy for exact requirements.

Passing the exam and having CPA certificate will increase the liklihood to got a job. While it will not guarntee a job as it enventually depends on your overall compentancy.
