回复：How good you are at Leadership? – Self assessment

When I see so many "I"s, I am sure that the manager is 100% self-centered big mouth and thinks that he/she knows everything.

Having worked in several high-tech companies, I have encountered too many this type of self-named leaders who very often pretend to know thing that they have no clue at all, and are control-freaks.
