IT developer 咋找政府工作？

现在在一家投资银行做IT，很远很累。我所知道的猎头都是介绍类似工作的，朋友圈也很窄。。。去哪里可以找到比较稳定清闲的政府公务员兴致的工作呢？ 钱少点也罢了，咱不能太贪心不是。。。
