为什么要玩心眼？

俺本身是个简单的人，所以对别人玩心眼特不明白。比如，
有同事A， 明明出去度假了，回来和另一部门的领导却不提度假两字，一说前几天的失踪就以“前两天不在”轻声带过。要表现努力工作也不是这样的吧？
另有一俺接待过的太孙，明明是窝在酒店里睡大觉，却派人出来称 “忙公务”
