Relocation to Asia - what are the major adjustments in benefits

My company plans to open an office in Asia and I was asked to move over there. The responsibility and job title will remain the same. What are the typical changes in salary and benefits to adjust for the different cost of living? I am in the west coast of the US now and have no kids.
