碰到工作中的失误时：
1）第一check是否management process or 工作流程不完善，
2）是否是别人没有经验造成的，
3）是否没有enough 工作tips或lessons learned 供大家share啊。
Anyway， 化“轻松不起来”为力量，把易出错的东东给 list
出来，做成你自己的reference 及和大家分享的 business common practice or tips blah。。
