I guess I did not make myself clear. I actually did not like the #1 perm rate $83, but like the contract rate at $48/hour. So I want to be a contractor as long as possible for this rate. Would that be case that the company want to go direct hire but I want to stay as a contractor. The rate between these two are so different, even I take off holiday, vacation(15 days), for $48/hour, my annual would be about $92K. Even though for the regular employee, they have bonus, but I doubt for a small company the bonus would go up to $10K.
