recruiter 和 company 的关系

3个月前我通过recruiter找到一个contract工作, 一个月前公司让我先回家待几天,因为他们的项目slowdown,可现在已经一个月了,没有任何消息,我e-mail 给recruiter,他说他马上e-mail 给公司manager,问是什么原因,但公司的manager一直没有回答他. 请大家帮我分析一下, 到底是谁出了问题?
