Oakland City 的考试

大家好! 我被"雷"三个月了,是会计(没有CPA), applied accountant position in Oakland city ,they sent me a letter for an exam scheduled mid Dec. I was told those exams are VERY HARD, they test you everything! including history! how do I prepare? Has anybody take such exam before? which website shall I go??
