问个问题

文章/论文是不是谁发表了就是谁的？我的Master论文完成了99%， 可是跟我的导师做不下去了, 我一直在咬牙坚持，我自己都没想到这个时候会去换导师，如果我换导师我这个论文就作废了， 我得去做另外一个research. 我的导师是说她会去发表这篇文章，如果她发表了她就是第一作者， 这样做对吗？整个research 都是我一个人完成的， 付出大量的时间和精力, 导师没动过一下手，但做过一点指导.
相信学校的经历大家都有，谢谢建议！
