off the top of my head.

1.沟通有问题。

2.对工作态度不正确，短期冲刺还好，long run他一定撑不下来。

3.对career development很不利，人这么干活就干费了，学习都讲究“学而不思则罔，思而不学则殆",工作要有积累和反思的过程，才有提高，单纯工作，只能是work hard, no way to smart.积累和反思要有时间保证，他就缺这个。

4.正确看待billable hours if there's any.reasonable的employer从来不希望大家作满8hrs,6hrs不错，老板有钱赚，干活的也能轻松些。

5.公司人际关系游刃有余的才肆无忌惮的"网上电影的，聊天，出去办私事"，老实巴交干活的当然不平衡，这个正常。
