I think your boss don't like you and want to freak you out.

You'd better to take a couple days sick leave to take a break and think about how to move on with her.

Things might change after you come back or you might obtain another thought about your relationship with each other. Rethink in a different way and speak out in a different gentle tone. Never send a e-mail like this to your CEO, HR, it will confuse them, talk with them face to face directly and ask for advice in person. But, talk with your boss first.
