Follow-up

Hi, I pasted this last week and your feedback would be appreciated: I got an onsite interview last Wednesday with six people (3 principle engineers/1 director from the department I am applying; 1 director/1 senior director from another department). I think I passed all the team members from the department I am applying and the director from another apartment. I think my morning interview is excellent and the hiring director gave me the application form after the morning interview. The department VP also joined the lunch with me after my completed my morning interview and he asked me if I am ready to join. However, my last interview in the afternoon with the senior director from another department is not good. The hiring director told me that he will contact me next week.
I sent a “Thanks” letter to the hiring director last Thursday but I haven’t got the feedback so far. Do you think I will fail the interview or there is still a chance? What I can do? Thanks a lot.
