新Team Leader的烦恼-组里有人造反

在一个软件公司里上班，昨天居然有一个合同工当着很多人的面说，你不懂我编程的语言，怎么Review我的工作?

因为没什么经验，我竟然语塞。当时即将离任的老领导出来打圆场，说他（指的是我）有很多其他语言的编程经历，检查你的程序自然易如反掌。而且检查你的工作只是确定你程序的逻辑正确，之类的话。我心里都快气炸了，这样的人in the future应该怎样对付，他甚至不是我们公司的正式员工。
