请教:我需要回复这个email?

昨天发出CV 后, 立刻收到一个confirmation of application email from 一个staff, 不知是HR officer or not. 这个email 是系统自动生成的. 这个不用回复.

今天一早, 又收到来自同一个人的email,想听一听大家的建议,我是否应该回复, 怎样回复.

另外,在我的CV和cover letter的contact detailsl里,我已经写明4天后我要离境for holiday, 并给了那时的联系电话,如果需要reply the email, 我需要再提一下这件事么? 毕竟也就4天的时间我就离境了.

要回国呆一段时间,想着在网上继续找工作,需要时再回来interview,不知到可行不可行?
