工作上真的不需要道歉么？

我们team有个兄弟，前一段时间总是在production上出问题，而且是比较严重的问题，不是技术难题，都是些工作上的疏忽，其实仔细一些都可以避免的。

其中一个boss的email都有embarrassing这种字眼了，而且每当碰到一个这个老兄新的问题，我们project manager给我的msn上都说：xxxx phucked up again.我们pm是个平时很内联的人，用这种strong word看来真不是一般的生气。

我和他所有的事情都没关系，但属于cc之列的，所以可以看到他所有的reply。这位老兄的email一般都是：good catch，haha~~。 我觉得老板/pm看到之后鼻子都要气歪了。

记得很久之前猪猪的一个帖子，说在工作上千万不要道歉，一定要做煮熟的鸭子-嘴硬。我很理解，责任问题，轻易的承认自己的错误，就是自己对自己工作的否定，而且授人与饼。

但我strongly觉得，这位老兄的确欠大家一个道歉。
