Negotiate Offer是否必要

昨天受到Director打来的电话说会给我Offer,48小时之内会有HR和我联系。高兴之余又开始想着讨价还价的事情（真是人心不足啊：-））。

我对他们会开的工资大概有底，但毕竟还是希望能多拿些钱。现在有一些顾虑：

1）他们开的工资其实已经不错了，而我再Negotiate是否显得我比较贪？会否给上级不好的印象？

2）如果工资比同期进去的同事高一些，是否不太好？万一要裁人就先裁我？
