Strange. I have not met many chinese as interviewers

I have had 2 positions in 2 big companies. did not meet with any chinese interviewers for the 2 positions. And honestly have not worked with many either. not even Indians, even though chinese and indians are highly represented in my field. Maybe my problem lies in here that somehow I always get into a position that there may be some bias from start.
