我估计你老大在公司不好说，但是这样说应该也和他的上司讨论了。如果你的能力被大家认可的话，你应该相信他。
我猜现在的division可能效益不好，所以裁人是计划中硬性的。按照seniority来的。新的部门中有位置，但要走流程。听上去很正常。

估计你被裁人吓的所以疑神疑鬼的了，我也经历过，你会好的。我认为你的疑虑有象有点多余，你可以直接提出问是否有人对你不满意，为何要裁你？
