我们70-80后中国IT人在美国发展受限制已经定局，如何说呢;
在美国发展的很大程度上受限于你的文化语言能力。
这个在绝大多数70-80后的身上还是个挑战。你学技术好，语言文化上的精力就会少1些。

我们国家的教育不是英语教育。
你看当年钱学森在国内可是全英文教育。解放前，很多中学都是教会学校，大学都是英文课本英文授课。所以基础很好。现在有些学校也开始了。还有全英文的中学专为出国人用。

我同事弟弟在美国念书-土木工程，所以我们话题比较会说到这方面，她就说大多数在美国念理工的家庭条件都比较差，很多刻苦读书的都是农村来的，作学问可以，但是在美国爬上去不具备自身条件啊。

当然努力总是要的，但是一定要对自己的综合能力和期望有个明确认识，否则失望大于希望。
