我支持她是应为我觉得她其实蛮正的，至少文字上感觉的。
她的工作比较繁琐，她可能算完美主义，自己对自己呢要求也很高。所以希望找个比较能上手的。所以我支持她。我其实也是这样。
至于吹不吹的问题，大家各自都知道，但是吹过头就不好了，所以我说最后还是要凭本事吃饭。

但是有几个朋友说的也很对。我如果是个junior mgr,我估计是会在7个老中中挑个看的顺的，然后招来调教。印度人是可能不错，除非是新毕业的。否则估计也不太好掌控。如果找不到合适的，我会继续找。
