有没有人觉得在工作中学新东西，扩展自己的skillset很痛苦的？

我就觉得学跟自己离得远一点的东西特别痛苦。怎么这么没出息啊？所以老也在工作中不能上进？老是原地踏步。 觉得自己混得很惨，老干原始的活，新的东西就是做不下来学，学一点就学不进去。怎么办啊？？
