questions to work with job agent

有猎头打电话给我关于说他的一个job position很合适我.但从job requirement来看并不是十分match我的skills。 不过这个公司是我很想去的公司，而且在公司的web page上看不到这个position,那我需要告诉这个agent我并不是十分match他们的要求吗？这样他还会帮我递resume吗？
