it looks like covering all subject areas of 70-4XX exam needs.
If this school has a good reputation, then it worth to give a try at no cost at start -- i know you will pay it back when work for the school as per contract work.
you do need to read the contract carefully.

do not take self-pace learning by just reading a self-xxx book(s).
