老印很善于take credit 但不一定愿意真学什么. 一不要给他讲Design. 告诉他code 在哪儿, 让他自己看, 不懂来问你. 你给他讲时, 要咯哩咯唆一句话不要一句说完.要分十句说,最好是你自己都不知道自己在说什么.
