机会来了

helpdesk的人平时很牛，办事拖拖拉拉，小题大做。上回给我的电脑杀毒就杀了3天。气得我。。。这回可让我逮住了，

话说是两周前，我的一个软件有点问题，给他们写了email， 一直没有下文。今天，突然收到了一个email说，问题已经解决。回问他们，helpdesk总部说是上次给我杀毒的那个家伙B说，我自己重新装了软件，问题已解决。

这个满嘴炮火车的家伙， 他根本就没跟我联系过，何以得出这样的结论？我要是跟helpdesk总部讲，B根本就没帮我，问题也没解决，B是不是就麻烦大了？这算不算让我抓到了小辫子？下周，他又要来我们office给大家的电脑加密， 为了避免上次3天不能用电脑的问题再次发生，我该怎样利用一下这个契机教训他一下？
