talking to VP. Talk to VP in a wise way...maybe chat with VP in a casual way and make her ask your thoughts. In case later A ask about it, u can tell him it was VP asked you activelyand you have to answer her...

I am not sure if this is a good idea, may e it doesn't really matter how u talk to VP. Just my 2 cents again.
