业余编程,或网页设计?

各位老大,

最近有点闲. 想提高一下, 尝试业余编程,或网页设计. 但没什么基础, 还是在国内学的一点QB. 自己业余也不时折腾一番, 觉得C# 及.net 挺好. 各位行家给个建议.

如果有希望拿到小的project, 那就再理想不过了. 非常感谢.
