目的：无论有没有sharing resource都不帮丫的。

Strategy:作最坏的打算--有sharing resource。即便如此，也要让老板来说NO.

和老板meeting时，deliver 这些points
1）I committed my several on these projects and tasks.., as always, I would like to deliver my tasks with excellence in a timely manner.

2) Mr. 高丽棒子 made several new requests. I already helped him accomplish some of his requests. Yet, many others are not trivial based on my experiences.

I like his projects/tasks,they are really worthy undertaking. I appreciate so much he inviting me to be a part of them.

But, I do not want to compromise the important tasks to which I already have committed. I strived to accomplish these tasks before I take maternity leave.

I also value the teamwork spirit, thus, I need you to coordinate this...
