2. 是involve project management。
我会这样做事情：
0) 带着Laptop 记录下来的meeting points
1）问what are the objectives of these ideas/proposals, aligned with tasks?
What do you expect the results if we follow these implementations.
Any alternatives.
What are the time frames?
2) Pending Issues and stake holders
3) Action Items,
2.1) what I am going to do
2.2) what are other people's subtasks.
2.3) time frames
4) Path forward, w.r.t. the project objectvies.

5) follow-up email, to distribute it the people involved.
