When I reviewed all these stories about being laid off,the lack of the communication skills were the main reasons in most cases.

Say there's really nothing you can say or you feel awkward even just through eye contact,simply holding a cup of coffee, and standing there listening with a smile on your face will make the other feel quite comfortable.Being a part of the group,actually is a matter about time.
