Sad!

I heard from other people that those being laid-off usually were called into a small office with manager and HR, a cup of water and a box of tissue. HR did survey before that people can't cry while drinking water. So if you want to cry and make your manager embarrassed, do not drink water. Or better, throw that cup at whoever.
