Should I tell others about my boss?

My boss want to release a product which have defects and 2/3 of them might fail in the field.I am the primer to evaluate this product. Should I keep quiet to let my boss release the product? I already told my boss the issues and told him I am not feel comfortable to release it. The reason why my boss want to release it is because during the development there are 2-3 times other people want to stop this product but my boss and his boss insist on having this product so our location have more work to do.
If something is wrong later, will I be blamed? Now I have been isolated from the meeting of discussion, and my boss don't let me to told others the status.
But before other people, he pretend I am the primer to say "pass or not pass".

What should I do? Tell others the truth?
