Talk to your manager, just let him/her know, but do not anticioate he/she will solve the problem.
Tell your manager:" I need your help. Here is the fact....... I will report this to HR."
Then, immediately talk to HR. Show HR the fact.
Ask HR what is their action items to make the situation change.
From your side, be sgtrong, don't worry about the talk.
