简历上有三年Gap,还能找到technician position?

北美Basic Medicine Master,做过一年的technician.后来因为家庭原因,在家呆了三年.现在找Tech的工作,发了很多简历,也没什么回音,不知道像我这种Gap这么长,还能找到tech工作吗?先做一段Volunteer,会有帮助吗? 谢谢!
